We accept returns on items within 21 days from when you receive your order. Items must be returned to us unworn and with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Sale items cannot be returned and are final sale.


To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@katro.com, let us know your order number and the items you would like to send back. We will email you a packing slip. Make sure to print and enclose the packing slip in your return package. Also, we will email you a return label for you to print and attach.

Refunds may only be issued to the original payment method. If you selected premium shipping for delivery, those charges will not be refunded.

For exchanges, please let us know in your email which style, color and size you would like to receive as an equal exchange. Note: availability is based on our inventory at the time we receive your request. We will ship once we have received and processed the items you are returning.


We love color at Katro and we make every effort to display the colors that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display color will be completely accurate.
